ResellBricks is a marketplace, not the seller
Items on ResellBricks are listed and sold by independent people. ResellBricks provides the listings, prepaid shipping labels and the buyer protection process. We don’t own, inspect or ship the items ourselves.
How buyer protection works
- You pay. Your payment is held securely by our payment partner until delivery. The seller is not paid yet.
- The seller ships using a tracked, prepaid label.
- Tracking confirms delivery.
- You get 2 days to check the order. Count the pieces and make sure it matches the listing. If everything’s fine, tap “Everything’s OK” to release the payment early.
- The payment is released to the seller automatically when the 2-day window ends, if no problem has been reported. The sale is then complete.
The 2-day check window
You can report a problem within 2 days of delivery. You’ll need to add photos and a short description. After the window closes the sale is complete and can’t be disputed.
Refunds come from the seller’s held payment
- Not delivered or no tracking: you get a full refund from the seller’s held payment.
- Not as described (for example, missing pieces that weren’t mentioned): you send it back with a prepaid return label. Once the seller receives it, you’re refunded from the seller’s held payment.
Refunds are always paid from the seller’s held funds. ResellBricks does not pay refunds out of its own money.
Seller responsibilities
- Describe items honestly, including condition and any missing pieces.
- Ship within 3 days using the prepaid label.
- Accept returns for items that aren’t as described.
- New sellers: for your first 5 sales, your payment is released 3 days after delivery, and listing limits apply. Limits are lifted as you complete sales.
Prohibited items
- Counterfeit or knock-off bricks, figures or sets sold as genuine.
- Stolen goods, recalled items and anything unsafe.
- Listings that misuse other brands’ names or logos.

Buyer protection fee
Buyers pay $0.70 plus 5% of the item price (3% for Pro members). Sellers pay no fees.
